Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Cut potatoes, sliced or quartered. Peeling the potato is optional.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients together.
  6. Add the potatoes into this mixture.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
