Instructions
  1. Mix corn beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, onions and salt and pepper in a large bowl and follow instructions on egg roll wrapper package for wrapping
  2. In a large sauce pot or deep frying pan, heat 1 quart of corn or canola to 375°. Fry rolls turning occasionally until golden brown
  3. Bake Option - Spray pan with Pam and bake rolls at 375° for 18-20 minutes
  4. Serve with hot mustard
