Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in medium size pot
  2. Place onions, carrots and celery and sauté until soft
  3. Add cauliflower florets and sauté until soft
  4. Add 4 cups chicken stock
  5. Cook on medium heat for one hour until soft and tender
  6. Remove and puree
  7. Add heavy cream
  8. Season with salt and pepper
