Instructions
Caulifllower
  1. Mix eggs and breadcrumbs
  2. Toss cauliflower into mixture
  3. Roast until browned
Sauce
  1. Sauté garlic, ginger and chili flakes for 2 minutes
  2. Add corn starch and 2 Tbsp of water to thicken
  3. Add orange juice, soy, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame seeds and let simmer 2 minutes
  4. Toss Cauliflower with the sauce and garnish with scallions
