Simple Grilled Corn on the Cob

Instructions
  1. Shuck corn fully and remove silk
  2. Spray ear with vegetable spray
  3. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper
  4. Place directly over heat on medium-hot grill
  5. Rotate when dark spots appear and kernels darken (usually about 2 to 3 minutes). Continue rotating until ears are uniformly cooked (usually 10 to 12 minutes). The ear will be speckled with char spots
  6. Serve with favorite butter
