Berry Smoothie

Servings 2 glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 strawberries freeze beforehand
  • 1/2 cup blueberries freeze beforehand
  • 1/2 cup raspberries freeze beforehand
  • 3 Tbsp strawberry yogurt any kind will work
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash off berries, place into blender
  • Cut tops off of strawberries and put in blender
  • Add banana, yogurt, almond milk (or whatever milk you have at home) and ice
  • Blend on high for 1 minute
  • If you love peanut butter, add 2Tbsp and blend together
