Asian Style Medley Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Fresh from the Start Bite Size Medley Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp ginger minced approx 1 inch pieces
- 1 tsp garlic minced approx 1 large garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce lite
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp warm water
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds white and black
- 1 large scallion sliced on bias
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into 3-4 circles per potato
- Place large sauté pan on medium heat 4 circles per potato
- Add olive oil, garlic & ginger
- Sauté for 2 minutes on medium
- Add potatoes, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes
- Cook on medium high for 6-8 minutes till the potatoes start to brown nicely
- Whisk together water, honey & soy sauce
- Add liquid mixture to pan and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until potato is soft in middle
- Add sesame seeds and cook another 3 minutes
- Top with sliced scallion and enjoy!
