Broccoli Artichoke Dip

Course Snack


  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 TBSP chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP grated parmesan


  • Bring medium sized pot of water to boil
  • Cut broccoli into florets and add to boiling water
  • Cook broccoli for 5 minutes or until tender
  • Once broccoli is done, strain and chop
  • Open can of artichokes and strain and chop them into small size pieces
  • Place butter in small pot and cook on low heat. Add chopped shallots and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes
  • Add chopped broccoli and artichokes and mix well
  • Remove ½ mixture and place into food processor. Add sourcream, mayo and parmesan in food processor. Mix until you have smoothconsistency. Add to a bowl. Fold in the remaining chopped mixture. Serve withchips or veggie sticks. You can serve this dip cold or warm!
