Buffalo Cauliflower Dip


  • 1 medium sized cauliflower
  • 2 tsp chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/8 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 Tbsp milk


  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cut cauliflower into small florets
  • Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper & shallots
  • Place cauliflower mixture on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes(rotating them halfway through)
  • Once golden-brown remove cauliflower from oven and let cool
  • In medium sized saucepan heat hot sauce and butter (make sure to mix till incorporated)
  • In food processor or blender, place 3/4 of the cauliflower mixture, cream cheese, sour cream & hot sauce
  • Blend for two minutes
  • Place mixture into oven proof container and add the rest of the cauliflower, shredded cheese, and milk
  • Crumble blue cheese on top
  • Place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden on top
  • Enjoy with chips or celery and carrot sticks
  • If you want the mixture to be thinner just add more milk to get the texture you would like
