Corn Fritters

  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup fresh corn
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Scallions for garnish


  • Whisk all ingredients together
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Line baking sheet with paper towels
  • Scoop 2-3 Tablespoons of batter into the heated skillet
  • Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Let cool on paper towel.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve with horseradish sauce
