Dill Red Potatoes with Peas
Ingredients
- 1 bag Red Fresh-Sides Potatoes
- 5 oz Sweet Peas frozen
- 2 Tbsp Dill Leaves (chopped)
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Open re-sealable bag and cut potatoes in half
- Add potatoes back into bag and add seasonings (dill, olive oil, salt, pepper)
- Re-seal bag and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave on high
- After 5 minutes open bag carefully (it will be hot) and add peas
- Cook in microwave another 3 minutes
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes and serve
