Dill Red Potatoes with Peas

  • 1 bag Red Fresh-Sides Potatoes
  • 5 oz Sweet Peas frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Dill Leaves (chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper


  • Open re-sealable bag and cut potatoes in half
  • Add potatoes back into bag and add seasonings (dill, olive oil, salt, pepper)
  • Re-seal bag and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave on high
  • After 5 minutes open bag carefully (it will be hot) and add peas
  • Cook in microwave another 3 minutes
  • Let cool for 1-2 minutes and serve
