Fresh Broccoli Pesto over Bow Tie Pasta
- 1 head Fresh from the Start™ Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb. Bow Tie Pasta
- Steam broccoli under tender and still vibrantly green.
- Let broccoli cool.
- Slowly add broccoli, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil into food processor or blender until smooth.
- Mix pesto into cooked pasta.
