Fresh Broccoli Pesto over Bow Tie Pasta


  • 1 head Fresh from the Start™ Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 lb. Bow Tie Pasta


  • Steam broccoli under tender and still vibrantly green.
  • Let broccoli cool.
  • Slowly add broccoli, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil into food processor or blender until smooth.
  • Mix pesto into cooked pasta.
