Fresh Watermelon Sorbet
- 1 Ice Cream Maker
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 cup watermelon
- Mix water and sugar together and heat in a saucepan to make simple syrup. Set aside and let cool.
- Once simple syrup is cooled, add lemon juice and watermelon to the mixture.
- Add mixture to sorbet/ice cream maker and churn until frozen, about 20 minutes
