Fresh Watermelon Sorbet

  • 1 Ice Cream Maker


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cup watermelon


  • Mix water and sugar together and heat in a saucepan to make simple syrup. Set aside and let cool.
  • Once simple syrup is cooled, add lemon juice and watermelon to the mixture.
  • Add mixture to sorbet/ice cream maker and churn until frozen, about 20 minutes
