Irish Egg Rolls

Servings 12 rolls


  • 4 cups Chopped Cooked Corn Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Green Cabbage steamed
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots steamed
  • 1 cup Diced Potatoes cooked
  • 1/2 cup Finely Sliced Onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package Egg Rolls Wrappers
  • Hot Mustard


  • Mix corn beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, onions and salt and pepper in a large bowl and follow instructions on egg roll wrapper package for wrapping
  • In a large sauce pot or deep frying pan, heat 1 quart of corn or canola to 375°. Fry rolls turning occasionally until golden brown
  • Bake Option - Spray pan with Pam and bake rolls at 375° for 18-20 minutes
  • Serve with hot mustard
