Loaded Potato

  • 1 Russet Potato
  • Toppings can include: parsley, broccoli, cheddar cheese, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, ham, olives, chives, tomatoes


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Wash the potato
  • Poke the potato with a fork to create small holes
  • Rub the skin with olive oil
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes or until skin is crisp and you can pierce the potato with a fork
  • Slice open the potato and load it with your favorite toppings
