Delicious smoothie packed with Vitamin C!
- 1/2 cup mango frozen or fresh
- 1 orange peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup ice
- Place mango, orange, carrots and orange juice into blender
- Blend on high for 2 minutes
- Add the ice and turmeric and blend for another 2 minutes
- Enjoy this delicious smoothie packed with Vitamin C!
