Instructions
  1. Open the resealable package of Fresh Sides Red Potatoes, cut potatoes (sliced or quartered). Return potatoes to the bag and reseal.
  2. Place sealed bag on microwaveable plate and microwave for 8 minutes on high. Using potholders, carefully remove plate from microwave. Let rest for 1 minute. Carefully open the seal with a fork.
  3. Let potatoes cool.
  4. Mix all of the other ingredients and potatoes together.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.
