Roasted Cinnamon Pumpkins Seeds
Ingredients
- 3 cups pumpkin seeds seeds must be completely dry
- 3 TBS Butter
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 TBS Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Dry pumpkins seeds
- Preheat oven 325 F. Lightly grease large baking pan, set aside
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt. Set aside
- Melt butter and then stir in vanilla
- Add pumpkin seeds to butter/vanilla mixture until evenly coated
- Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin seed mixture
- Spread pumpkin seeds on your prepared baking sheet
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
