Roasted Cinnamon Pumpkins Seeds

  • 3 cups pumpkin seeds seeds must be completely dry
  • 3 TBS Butter
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 TBS Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Dry pumpkins seeds
  • Preheat oven 325 F. Lightly grease large baking pan, set aside
  • In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt. Set aside
  • Melt butter and then stir in vanilla
  • Add pumpkin seeds to butter/vanilla mixture until evenly coated
  • Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin seed mixture
  • Spread pumpkin seeds on your prepared baking sheet
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
