Shallot Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In blender, combine shallots, mustard, honey and vinegar. Blend on low, begin to slowly stream in olive oil until all incorporated.
- Refrigerate and enjoy!
