Shallot Vinaigrette


  • 3 Tbsp chopped shallots
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup olive oil


  • In blender, combine shallots, mustard, honey and vinegar. Blend on low, begin to slowly stream in olive oil until all incorporated.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
