Simple Grilled Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 1 Fresh from the Start™ Sweet Corn
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Shuck corn fully and remove silk
- Spray ear with vegetable spray
- Season with salt and fresh ground pepper
- Place directly over heat on medium-hot grill
- Rotate when dark spots appear and kernels darken (usually about 2 to 3 minutes). Continue rotating until ears are uniformly cooked (usually 10 to 12 minutes). The ear will be speckled with char spots
- Serve with favorite butter
