Pre heat oven to 375
Once dough is rested roll out both disks to 1/8-inch thickness and cut out rectangles or whatever cookie cutter you may have at home
Spoon 1-2 tsp of cream cheese depending on the size you choose for your pop tart and spread out leaving one inch around the sides plain
Spoon 1-2 tsp of jam on top of the cream cheese
Using egg wash, brush around the sides and place the top on each one and with a fork pierce the sides together to keep it from coming apart
Line baking sheet with parchment and place pop tarts on top
Brush the pop tarts with egg wash and prick air holes on the top surface
Bake the pop tarts for 20-25 minutes at 375 while rotating them halfway through
They will be done when they have a nice golden-brown color
Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack
Once cooled off you can add a glaze on top or just eat them as is
For the glaze add the jam and powdered sugar into mixing bowl and mix on medium high speed until it has a nice thick consistency you may need to add a little milk to get the right texture
Drizzle glaze over pop tarts and enjoy!
