Cold Overnight Blueberry Oats

A delicious, healthy breakfast or snack using our fresh blueberries.

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries


  • Combine oats, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup and cinnamon into a bowl
  • Stir for one minute until everything is well combined
  • Allow to refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours
  • Prior to eating, stir in chia seeds and top with blueberries
