Cold Overnight Blueberry Oats
A delicious, healthy breakfast or snack using our fresh blueberries.
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
Combine oats, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup and cinnamon into a bowl
Stir for one minute until everything is well combined
Allow to refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours
Prior to eating, stir in chia seeds and top with blueberries
