Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients from for the pickling spice in a bowl and set aside
  2. Sterilize the pickling jars before adding ingredients
  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of pickling spice, 2-3 stalks of dried dill week and 4-5 whole garlic cloves to each jar. Pack the sliced cucumbers into the jars tightly
  4. Mix apple cider vinegar, white vinegar and water together to make a brine
  5. Pour the brine into the jars, make sure cucumbers are covered
  6. Let full jars soak in boiling water for 10 minutes
  7. After soaking, store in a dry cool place. Pickles will be ready in 7-10 days. They can be stored for up to 1 year

If you want to make these refrigerator pickles, skip boiling water soak and place pickles directly into the refrigerator.
