Bring medium sized pot of water to boil
Cut broccoli into florets and add to boiling water
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes or until tender
Once broccoli is done, strain and chop
Open can of artichokes and strain and chop them into small size pieces
Place butter in small pot and cook on low heat. Add chopped shallots and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes
Add chopped broccoli and artichokes and mix well
Remove ½ mixture and place into food processor. Add sourcream, mayo and parmesan in food processor. Mix until you have smoothconsistency. Add to a bowl. Fold in the remaining chopped mixture. Serve withchips or veggie sticks. You can serve this dip cold or warm!
