Having a party? Create your own potato bar and let the fun begin!
- 1 Russet Potato
- Toppings can include: parsley, broccoli, cheddar cheese, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, ham, olives, chives, tomatoes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Wash the potato
Poke the potato with a fork to create small holes
Rub the skin with olive oil
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until skin is crisp and you can pierce the potato with a fork
Slice open the potato and load it with your favorite toppings
